Dear Dr. Abd Elmageed, 

I am sorry to differ with you in this regard, we are pushing our country into a chaotic situation, the matter is finished, the Egyptians have spoken, there is no need for Civil Disobedience We need to declare the ousting of Morsy now, if not by Alsisy , then by the Head of Constitutional Court , if not then by the power of the people by the people and for the people. 

Any delay is going to cause crimes and more criminals, killing, and destruction for Egypt. We need to act now.

People with Egypt 's conscious must act today, we do not wait for a defeated ousted president to determine his own fate and a whole nation which he tried to destroy.
Please take your historical responsibility , you and others , declare it finished, it is not up for discussion, it is a matter of fact.

Let us have a clear emergency plan which we demanded and asked for two years ago. To do the same thing again is our mistake over and over again. Egyptians are waiting for a leader, someone who can make a decision for the nation, if Alslsiy does not deliver the Ousting of Morsy and the appointing of the Head Of the H. C. C, then The Court can declare it, if not then the people , meaning you and I and others like us.

Leaders lead, others follow. 

Time to act now. PLEASE.

الجمعية الوطنية للتغيير تدعو للعصيان المدني

واستمرار الجماهير في الشوارع حتى رحيل النظام

في يوم من أعظم أيام مصر التاريخية ، بل هو الاعظم على الإطلاق ، خرجت الملايين من جماهير الشعب في مظاهرات ومسيرات حاشدة تطالب بسقوط نظام الإخوان غير الشرعي ، وتؤكد ضرورة استعادة ثورتها المخطوفة ، وكذلك إصرارها على تحقيق اهداف هذه الثورة العظيمة وهى العيش والحرية والعدالة الإجتماعية والكرامة الإنسانية..

وفي هذه اللحظة التاريخية الفارقة ، تدعو الجمعية الوطنية للتغيير جماهير شعبنا الثائرة الى البقاء في الشوارع والميادين وتصعيد الإحتجاجات السلمية الى العصيان المدني الشامل إذا لم يرضخ الرئيس الإخواني الفاقد للشرعية لإرادة الشعب ويعلن استقالته وتسليم السلطة الى رئيس المحكمة الدستورية العليا فورا..

وتؤكد الجمعية الوطنية للتغيير أنه لا بديل أمام هذا النظام الإخواني الفاشل إلا الرحيل غير مأسوف عليه بعد أن ثبت للقاصي والداني أن الاغلبية الساحقة من الشعب ترفض استمراره في الحكم بعد آدائه الكارثي على مدى عام كامل..ولا يفوت الجمعية ، التي دعت لمظاهرات 30 يونيو مع قوى سياسية اخرى ، ان تسجل فخرها بإستجابة وجلد وشجاعة وعبقرية وإبداع هذا الشعب العظيم الذي عاد ليبهر العالم من جديد ، ويسطر صفحات فريدة في تاريخ البشرية ..وهو ما يدفعنا أن نردد مجددا شعار "إرفع راسك فوق إنت مصري"..

المجد لشهدائنا الابرار ..وإنها لثورة حتى النصر..
