We were all waiting to hear from the Egyptian Court today to find out if the court decision was to isolate and remove Ahmed Shafiq according to the current law that mandates isolating people from Mubarak Regime specially that Mr. Shafiq has thirty eight cases against him to be investigated by the attorney general.
Instead of finding a political solution to the legal and political mess which SCAF created since they forced themselves on the Egyptians and took over ruling Egypt , SCAF continued to create tornado's to kill the revolution and to destroy any hope the good people of Egypt wanted.
Egypt Supreme Constitutional Court announced that the Egyptian Parliament as the Egyptian Legislative body is unconstitutional and due to this fact SCAF is entitle to take over the legislative power.
As we indicated earlier , yes it is true the Egyptian Parliament, and Maglas Elshoura are unconstitutional but so is the presidential election, so is SCAF's ruling the country, so is every legal and procedural decision SCAF made , so is every ruling the Supreme Court and the low courts has taken from January 25th until now.
The Muslim Brotherhood lead by Dr. Mursi is still holding on hope to jump to Egypt 's presidency and taking a huge risk by staying in the race and trying to threaten SCAF and Mubarak regime has never worked before so why does Dr. Mursi and his party think it will work now ?
SCAF has created a massive hurdle to stop the Egyptian revolution from having a slight chance to benefit the Egyptians, SCAF has created ashwakyate in the constitution and the law and just as it is impossible to solve these ashwakyate problems as communities , it is impossible to solve any of these ashwakyate in the constitution , legal and legislative systems in Egypt.
Egypt has been destroyed deliberately as a civil society , as a legal and constitution system , as a financial system, and of course in all the country's structure and political system. All this has been done deliberately by SCAF and the Mubarak regime. SCAF controlling and ruling Egypt is just as illegal as the parliament.
The only way out of this political , legal, and constitutional mess is for SCAF to hand over the power to a transitional presidential council immediately, who in turn will take over running the country, saving what is left, writing immediate constitution deceleration, then writing a real constitution then electing the Parliament and the president.
For Shafiq and SCAF to think that they will succeed in oppressing the Egyptians one more time with an iron clad, torture and imprisonment , they will be sadly mistaken, and for the Muslim brotherhood to think that now is their time to rule Egypt is just as grave mistake.For all the Egyptians to have a chance to make their dream a reality , we must leave all our egos behind, unite , be selfless , give up the hunger for power and finally adopt what President Kennedy and the singer Shadia said" Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country"
Now is the time for all the good Egyptian men and women to stand together , not to point fingers , not to say the Muslim brotherhood deserved what they got, believe me, yesterday it was April six, or Khalid Said or the Copts and tomorrow it will be another sector until we all get destroyed .
Only if we are united , we will not allow any one to kill or hurt our kids in the square or any place in Egypt and we will take Egypt back.
