{الفكر القومي العربي} Re: التوزيع الطبيعي

What you recommend is true under old and normal circumstances , yet with today's technology we find that young people in their thirty are catching up with an abnormal speed on the world's experience. technology has enabled the young people to be much better equipped for leadership and expertise. The challenge also comes with the reluctance of the older generations specially the well known names , who do not see the youth as partners, they see them as young needing to be guided and taken care off. The old guard in Egypt are reluctant to give up their power and they find ways to hold on the visible and important positions as if they are the appointed guards for the country. The truth of the matter is that any one from these known names should have been eliminated from any lead position from the day of the revolution. First because of their tolerance to the injustice committed by the old regime, second because if they were capable of making a difference they would have done it in the past.
Young generations are the once that must be brought to the lead, a system of mentoring and internship must be placed by law, and the older guard must change their mentality so that they can serve the country without the need of face and name recognition. At age sixty and older I believe the best joy is to share knowledge and practice philanthropy , sharing and charity work . Our country needs every once 's help, it needs us to ask not what Egypt can do for us , ask what we all can do for Egypt " borrowed from president Kennedy." There should be one measure for all of us and that is how well would we serve Egypt and what expertise would we bring to it, not the age or physical ability or party affiliations. Just what we can do for Egypt and how we can bring Egypt to today's world.

التوزيع الطبيعي للسكان على السن يحتم الأكثرية للشباب. وهذا لا يعني إنشاء مفوضية للشباب لفرض الوصاية على المجتمع. ولا يعنى إسكان الشباب في المناصب العليا لمجرد أنهم شباب وأنهم ساهموا بقدر أكبر في الثورة. فمن الطبيعي أن يتواجدوا بشكل أكبر في فعل الثورة ولكنهم من الطبيعي أن يتواجدوا بشكل أقل في فعل السياسة أو تولي المناصب العليا لأن هذه المناصب تطلب الخبرة والحنكة. فالتوزيع الطبيعى للخبرة مع السن يزاح تجاه كبار السن. هذا لا يعنى أن الطاعنين في السن هم أكثر خبرة فالخبرة تقل أيضا بعد بلوغ الذروة (قمة المنحنى الثاني إلى اليمين). فتجد أكثر الشباب عافية هم من متوسطي الخبرة، والأكثر خبرة من متوسطي العافية. فلا يعقل أن يتولى منصب رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة كبيرة شاب في سن الثلاثين. فكرة مفوضية الشباب هي رشوة للشباب كما أن مفوضية التمييز رشوة فلا حاجة لها لأن المهام الموكلة لها يجب أن يقوم بها المجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان.
