يستطيع الريس السيسي أن يشيد بمعلمه واستاذه انور السادات كما يشاء وكل ساعة وكل دقيقتين لو احب ، ولكنه لا يستطيع أن يكتب تاريخا جديدا او يبدل الحقائق كما فعل اليوم في كلمته امام القوات المسلحة ضمن حديثه عن سيناء ، لا يا ريس ، مصر بعد 67 لم تكن في حالة " صعبة جدا " ايامها كما قلت ، معيشيا ، كانت كل المواد التموينية متوفرة وباسعار في متناول الجميع وهو ما لا يوجد الان ( مرتب العامل كان يسمح له ولأسرته بتناول اللحوم مرة اسبوعيا على الاقل ) ، وظلت الدولة ملتزمة بتعيين كل خريج فلم تكن هناك بطالة اطلاقا ، واقتصاديا بعد 67 وبشهادة البنك الدولي ظل معدل النمو السنوي والى أن استشهد عبد الناصر بين 6 و 8 في المئة من الناتج الاجمالي وهو الان ومنذ سنوات طويلة عند مستوى ال 4 في المئة وأقل ، وكان المصريون ياكلون مما يزرعون عدا استثناء بسيط ويلبسون ويركبون مما يصنعون ، واضافت مصر الى رصيدها الانتاجي الضخم مجمع الالومنيوم في نجع حمادي وتكلفته 3 مليارات جنيه ومصنع درفلة الحديد في مجمع حلوان للحديد والصلب وتكلفته نحو 300 مليون جنيه وانتهت من بناء السد العالي ، لم تمد مصر يدها لتتسول القروض من امريكا وصندوق النقد والبنك الدولي كما تفعل الان وكما ظلت تفعل طيلة الأربعين سنة الماضية ، ومصر التي كانت في حالة " صعبة جدا " بعد 67 كما وصفتها يا ريس هي التي سخرت اجهزتها الفنية والتقنية لبناء منصات صواريخ الدفاع الجوي التي لولاها لما استطاع جيشنا عبور قناة السويس في اكتوبر / تشرين ، وبالمناسبة ، قرار الحرب لم يتخذه السادات كما قلت انت اليوم ، قرار الحرب لتحرير كامل سيناء والجولان والقدس كان قد اتخذه عبد الناصر وتحدث عنه علنا عدة مرات الى الشعب ، وقال عبد الناصر " سوف نعبر فوق بحر من الدم وتحت افق مشتعل من اللهب " وما عليك سوى قراءة مذكرات قادة الجيش العربي المصري الكبار لتعلم أن حرب التحرير كانت مقررة اصلا في مثل هذا الشهر من عام 1971 ولهذا تحديدا اغتيل عبد الناصر قبلها ..
مسخ التاريخ ليس سهلا لان ملايين الشهود عليه ما زالوا احياء ، ومحاولة تبرير استسلام السادات ومن تبعه بصعوبة الحالة بعد 67 هي محاولة فاشلة ..!

الاسوأ في هذا الموضوع ان مصر تحدد معدل الفقر بثلث معدله العالمي , فمعدل الفقر في مصر 1,9 دولار يوميا مقابل 5,7 دولار عالميا ….ورغم تدني المعدل رفضوا الافصاح عمدا لانه للاسف تجاوز ال 35% وقال تقرير اميركي رفع للكونجرس ان تعويم الجنيه وغلاء الاسعار رفع معدل الفقر الي 64%

وفقاً لمعاهدة التسوية التي أبرمها الرئيس المصري الراحل محمد أنور السادات عام 1979 مع الحكومة الإسرائيلية، منهياً بذلك حال الحرب مع إسرائيل، تم «تحرير» شبه جزيرة سيناء. إلا أن الشواهد الميدانية تشكك في حقيقة التحرير المزعوم للأراضي المصرية في سيناء، وتجعلها عرضة للاعتداء بنحو مستمر.
ورغم عدم توافر نسخة موثقة من المعاهدة، التي تختلف عن اتفاقية كامب ديفيد الموقعة عام 1977، وكذلك تعذر الحصول على ملاحقها الأمنية، فإن الباحث المصري محمد سيف الدولة، المختص بالشؤون الإسرائيلية، نشر دراسة في آب 2011 يشير فيها إلى التدابير الأمنية الواردة في الملحق الأول للمعاهدة، وكذلك إلى انتشار القوات المتعددة الجنسيات في المنطقة الحدودية من سيناء.
فوفقاً للملحق الأمني للمعاهدة، فإن سيناء قد قُسّمت طولياً إلى ثلاث شرائح سمي

لم يكن جهل الساسة المصريين بشؤون السودان أمراً جديداً، بل إنه قديم وراسخ. وهو جهل، للحقيقة، لم يطرأ في زمان مبارك خاصة، بل إنه كان سمة في المصريين، منذ أيام محمد علي باشا. ولقد اعتقد والي مصر أنه سيعثر في السودان على مناجم ضخمة من الذهب والألماس، إن هو «فتح» تلك البلاد الشاسعة. وفضلاً عن الذهب الذي دغدغ خيال محمد علي، فإن شيطانه أوعز إليه بأنّ السودان مورد لا ينضب من العبيد. وإنه يستطيع أن يجعل من أولئك السودانيين جنوداً طيّعين في جيشه، فيعوّض بهم المصريين الذين رأى أن لا حول ولا قوة لهم في الحرب، وأنهم لا يُحسنون إلا أن يكونوا فلاحين. ولقد مضى محمد علي فعلاً في مشروع «فتح» السودان أشواطاً. فبعث ابنه إسماعيل، في تموز / يوليو 1820، على رأس جيش يتألف من أربعة آلاف جندي أغلبهم من الأتراك والألبان. ولم تكن موازين القوة متكافئة بين جيش محمد علي النظامي المدجج بالأسلحة النارية، وبين مقاتلي القبائل الذين يستعملون السيوف والرماح، ليقاوموا بها غزاة اجتاحوا مواطنهم في النوبة، وكردفان، وشندي، وسنّار، ودارفور… ولعل تلك الحملة الغاشمة التي شنها والي مصر على السودانيين، من أجل احتلال بلادهم، كانت أول ضغينة في العلاقة بين الطرفين. ولم يكتفِ جنود محمد علي باستجلاب آلاف السودانيين إلى مصر ليكونوا عبيداً. ولم يكتفوا بالإسراف في البطش والفتك، بل إنهم سنّوا في بلاد السودان بدعاً لم يسبقهم إليها غيرهم. وعلى سبيل المثال، فإنّ الأمير إسماعيل بن محمد علي، قائد الحملة على السودان، أمر جنوده بعد أن انتصروا على قبائل الشايقية، في معركة كورتي، بأن يقطعوا آذان الأعداء.

غابت عن التسريبات الحديثة أية إشارات يعتد بها عن وطن بديل فى شمال سيناء باسم غزة الكبرى على ما صرح فى وقت سابق «ترامب».
هذا مستحيل تماما بالنظر إلى حجم الدماء التى بذلت فى مواجهات السلاح مع إسرائيل دفاعا عن مصرية سيناء.
التفكير نفسه هذيان استراتيجى لا يدرك أن سيناء جوهر الأمن القومى المصرى، فإذا ما نزعت عن الداخل انهار كل شىء وتهدد البلد فى وجوده، ولا يبقى حجرا فوق آخر.

Now that the very poorly stated, alteration and tailoring the Constitution to legitimize the illegitimate and legalize the illegal and justify the unjust of appointing himself as a new dictator to have absolute power over Egypt, to do as he pleases , to sell what he wishes , to give away what he wants , to steal , rob and destroy as much of Egypt as possible within the shortest period of time . Did any one nationally or internationally believe Sisi or was it the wish of the few like Donald Trump, Koshner, Netanyaho , Saudi Arabia, and Golf countries to see Sisi do what he needs to do to stay in power ? Well, the sarcasm of the Egyptians and the analysis of the journalists, the activists and anyone who can reason has all been so loud and clear. No one bought into this very cheep play, no producers or audiences have attended. The sham of ordering the poor and the needy , the bribing with a small box of food , the forces of the military , all could not and did not produce any convincing pictures to legitimize Sisi.

Trump uses Sisi and Sisi uses Trump back. Trump needs to have the deal of the century done to be his daughter and Israel hero, so he is not loosing anything when he lets Sisi do what he must to hold on to power as long as needed to deliver all parts , all countries who can get Israel the best gift ever of taking land from Egypt, swapping land between Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq  and black mailing the Golf and Saudi into staying in power if they help bribe the Palestinians specially after starving them to death and threatening them with frequent bombing.  

The only party that no one has been able to deliver is the Palestinian party , may be because Mahmoud Abass knows better, that it will be the end of his career and may be even the end of his life if he promised or delivered a Palestinian acceptance without the Palestinian people's approval.  

Now going back to that silly act done by Sisi and his gang, does it really change anything ? If Sisi and Trump need for Sissi to stay in power till 2030 to deliver that deal , what are the guarantees which will make it happen ?

Egypt recent history indicate that the Constitution not only means nothing, it actually can be a curse for any tyrant. Sadat changed it and got killed within the year, Mubarak changed it and got removed within the year, Morsy changed it and got imprisoned within the year ! Could that be an ancient Egyptian secret taking care of Almahrowsa ? Would the same luck fall on Sisi and his gang ? 

By all measures, revolting temperature is going higher and higher, the fear factor is broken against all odds, and the accumulative success of opposition campaigns are increasing.

Before the Egyptian revolution happened , when I met with the American State Department representative in December 2010 , I said Egypt was boiling. and a month later there was a revolution, now I dare say it again, I feel it, I hear it and I sense it. Something big is going to happen in Egypt very soon. I do hope and pray that there will be no blood shed and that Egyptians do not blame Trump and America for sponsoring and supporting a murderer tySamia Harris

What will happen after the alteration of the Constitution is everyone's guess but I think may be Sisi bit more than he could with this grave move , as I feel Egypt is shaken the same shake as right before the January 25th Revolution , I can feel it in the air and that is not just wishful thinking.

I see every day the international analysis and observation is turning very much against Sisi, Have you read Wall Street Journal, New York Times , Washington Post, the Guardian lately ?  A day does not pass without an article showing Sisi's failure and abuse of power. Sisi's economic disaster is also scary to say the least.

Sisi's three cards to stay in power are being over used, to fight terrorism, to stop illegal immigration and to bring the Palestinians to the 21 century deal. Even after 5 years of full power, total destruction of Egypt , Sisi has not succeed to deliver the most important promise which is the Palestinians.

The Saudis and Golf have spent billions on Sisi and his system yet the results are revolutions else where. Sudan and Algeria are giving them a run for their money, Yemen has been a total disaster and Libya has not been to their liking.There have been other movements in Africa. 

The Egyptian opposition is getting stronger and louder and inside Egypt with all the force used against freedom of speech and the illegal emergency law, Egyptians are still braving the streets with challenging signs refusing the military occupation.

I feel that Egypt is boiling and ready to revolt one more time. I do hope this time will be the one that will take. The one that will get the Egyptians what they want , not just freedom, bread and equal rights, I think there will be more demand to put the military under civilian control as now Egyptians can ready see the separation between the people and military branches with all their forces and head is number one priority for Egyptians to gain a civil ruling over their country.

I do hope when it happens this time that it will be peaceful as I fear Egyptian patience has expired not only against the military but also the police, the religious bodies, the judicial system and all the heads of the government starting with what is so called Parliament. Can you imagine 100 million angry Egyptians against a couple of millions who are benefiting from the current regime ? During January 2011 revolution we bought into the idea of keeping the bodies of the government intact , that led us to keep the military , the police, the judicial system as they were but I do not believe the Egyptians will fall for that one more time.

Are there any other scenarios that can save the country ? Most likely but it will need very cool heads and wise women and men to make it happen such as forcing Sisi to step down, for the military generals to take steps back and hand the country to civilian transitional counsel  which we called for from the beginning.

Only time will tell but I hope not a long time as I fear for Egypt.

After Sisi's horrific failure of getting out Egyptians to vote to change the current Egyptian Constitution even under bribes with food , money and a huge campaign done by his media machine, Sisi's embarrassment will not stop him from falsifying the results as usual. This is not the first time Sisi and his system have played this game , he has done it every time he wanted to force something on the Egyptians and buy the silence of the world corrupted leaders. 

Sisi will pass the alteration of the Constitution to suit his need and the needs of countries that supports Sisi blindly and absolutely as either their need match or dictate Sisi's agenda.

What will happen after the alteration of the Constitution is everyone's guess but I think may be Sisi bit more than he could with this grave move , as I feel Egypt is shaken the same shake as right before the January 25th Revolution , I can feel it in the air and that is not just wishful thinking.

I see every day the international analysis and observation is turning very much against Sisi, Have you read Wall Street Journal, New York Times , Washington Post, the Guardian lately ?  A day does not pass without an article showing Sisi's failure and abuse of power. Sisi's economic disaster is also scary to say the least.

Sisi's three cards to stay in power are being over used, to fight terrorism, to stop illegal immigration and to bring the Palestinians to the 21 century deal. Even after 5 years of full power, total destruction of Egypt , Sisi has not succeed to deliver the most important promise which is the Palestinians.

The Saudis and Golf have spent billions on Sisi and his system yet the results are revolutions else where. Sudan and Algeria are giving them a run for their money, Yemen has been a total disaster and Libya has not been to their liking.There have been other movements in Africa. 

The Egyptian opposition is getting stronger and louder and inside Egypt with all the force used against freedom of speech and the illegal emergency law, Egyptians are still braving the streets with challenging signs refusing the military occupation.

I feel that Egypt is boiling and ready to revolt one more time. I do hope this time will be the one that will take. The one that will get the Egyptians what they want , not just freedom, bread and equal rights, I think there will be more demand to put the military under civilian control as now Egyptians can ready see the separation between the people and military branches with all their forces and head is number one priority for Egyptians to gain a civil ruling over their country.

I do hope when it happens this time that it will be peaceful as I fear Egyptian patience has expired not only against the military but also the police, the religious bodies, the judicial system and all the heads of the government starting with what is so called Parliament. Can you imagine 100 million angry Egyptians against a couple of millions who are benefiting from the current regime ? During January 2011 revolution we bought into the idea of keeping the bodies of the government intact , that led us to keep the military , the police, the judicial system as they were but I do not believe the Egyptians will fall for that one more time.

Are there any other scenarios that can save the country ? Most likely but it will need very cool heads and wise women and men to make it happen such as forcing Sisi to step down, for the military generals to take steps back and hand the country to civilian transitional counsel  which we called for from the beginning.

Only time will tell but I hope not a long time as I fear for Egypt.

عن إقليم البصرة

ترددت كثيراً قبل الإقدام على كتابة هذا الموضوع ، والتردد نتيجة الإلتباسات الكثيرة التي تحف به ، ولعلمي أن الكثير من مؤيدي الإقليم حسني النية ، ينشدون الخير لهم ولبصرتهم ، خصوصاً وأن إهمال البصرة لا يناقش فيه إثنان ، رغم أنها المصدر الأساسي لخبزة العراقين إينما كانوا ، ولعل هذا الإهمال المتعمد سياسة مقصودة لذاتها للوصول بالناس إلى تبني مثل هكذا موضوع شرع لهم وأبيح عبر دستور وضع لغايات لم تعد خافية ، إلا لمن لا يريد أن يبصر ، لكن مروجي الإقليم ومتصدري الدعوة له ليسوا كذلك ، هم مجموعة يعرف البصريون قبل غيرهم فسادهم ، هم وأحزابهم التي وضعتهم في قمة الهرم في المحافظة ، أو كنواب في البرلمان الإتحادي ، أو وزراء ما بعد التاسع من نيسان 2003. صحيح أن الحكومة المركزية أهملت متعمدة البصرة ، لكن قياداتها المحلية من محافظ ، ومجلس محافظة ، ومدراء ، نزولاُ إلى أبسط مسؤول هي من سرقت أموال البصرة ، وهي من ولغت في الفساد ، والسارق والفاسد لا يبني إقليماً مزدهراً ، ولا يعمر شارعاً ، همه أن ينهب ما يستطيع نهبه .

هم يكذبون في كل شيء ، يدعون أنهم يفعّلون ما أباحه لهم الدستور ، وأنهم لا ينشدون سوى الإدارة الذاتية ، وكأن الإدارة الذاتية لا تستقيم إلا بإقامة إقليم ، من رئيس ، ورئيس وزراء ، ووزراء ، وبرلمان ، وما يترتب على هذا من إهدار للمال العام على حفنة من الأشخاص سيكونون هم "المستفيدون" حصراً ، أما غيرهم من بسطاء الناس فلن يتغير وضعهم إن لم يسوء أكثر فأكثر ، فإذا كان الفاسد البصري حالياً يحاسب مهما كان منصبه من الحكومة المركزية إذا تصرف على هواه ومن دونما تنسيق مع غيره من النهابين في المركز ، فإنه بعد تأسيس الإقليم سيكون في مأمن من ذلك ، شانه شأن المسؤولين في إقليم كردستان ، ويصدق المثل عند ذاك ( خلت الدار لمطيرة وطارت بيها فرد طيره)

دعونا نناقش الأمر ببرودة أعصاب ، يقول الداعون إلى الإقليم أن خيرات البصرة تذهب لغير أهل البصرة ، ويقصدون بغير أهل البصرة أخوانهم من العراقيين في بقية المحافظات ، وعلى الرغم مما في هذه النغمة من خطأ كافر ، حيث يصبح أبناء الوطن الواحد من الأغراب ، فإن هذا الكلام غير صحيح ، إذ ليست البصرة وحدها تنتج النفط ، فقد ثبت أن العراق كله مستودع نفط ، ليست البصرة فقط ، ولا حقول مجنون في ميسان ، ولا حقول كركوك ، بل كل بقعة في العراق ، بما فيها بغداد ، هي أرض واعدة لخيرات في باطن الأرض ستجعل العراق أكبر بلد في إحتياطي النفط في العالم . ونفس الشيء يقال بالنسبة للغاز ، الذي أكتشفت أهم حقوله الواعده في صحراء الأنبار، وتزخر باطن الأرض العراقية بإحتياطي غاز هائل سيغير المعطيات كلياً .

أن النهوض بالبلد ، وتطوير الخدمات ، ووضع مصالح الناس ، ومصلحة البلد فوق كل إعتبار ، لا يحتاج إلى تقسيم المقسم ، فهي سياسة رعناء وغبية ، إنما يحتاج إلى وضع مقدرات البلد بأيد أمينة وبعيدة عن التأثيرات الأجنبية.

لماذا سياسة التقسيم سياسة رعناء وغبية ؟

إن العراق كان وما يزال وحدة طبيعية ، هكذا وجد منذ البداية ، وهكذا سيبقى حتى النهاية .

لنفترض أن الداعين إلى الإقليم أفلحوا في مسعاهم في إنجاز مهمة الإقليم ، وما بعدها ، ولنتساءل كيف سيسوقون النفط ، قد يبدو هذا الطرح ساذجاً ، إذ كيف يسأل كيان يشرف على الخليج مثل هذا السؤال ، صبركم علينا ، ألم تسنوا سنة مفادها مصلحة أبناء المحافظة ( الإقليم) أولاً ، على نفس المنوال سينسج إبن الناصرية ، وإبن السماوة ، وإبن الديوانية، والحلة، وبغداد، والرمادي والموصل ، سيمر نفطكم بأرضه ، ومن حقه أن يفرض الرسوم المناسبة ، وما عليكم إلا أن تحسبوا الكلفة بعدئذ .

قد يقول قائل ثمة بدائل لهذا الطرح غير المكن وغير المعقول ، حسناً ، ماهو ؟

عن طرق السعودية ، ميناء ينبع ، ولكن هل فكرتم بالكلفة ، السعودية لن تسمح بمرور نفطكم ، حتى لو تجاهلت الأمر مرحلياً لحين إستقلالكم ، ولنفترض أنها سوف لن تفرض رسوماً ، لكن نفطكم سيقطع السويس ، وبالتالي ستفرض عليه رسوم إضافة ، ولو حسبنا المسافة والوقت وبالتالي الكلفة ، فإن نفطكم لن يكون له أفضلية تسويقية ، نفس الشيء يقال إذا أردتم مد الأنابيب عبر السعودية ثم والأردن ثم لبنان أو سوريا فإن الكلفة حينئذ ستتضاغف .

نفس ما ذكرناه الآن سنقولة فيما يتعلق بخط السكك الحديد ، أو القناة الجافة ، حيث ثبت أن الطريق الأقصر ، والأقل تكلفة هو عبر العراق الموحد إلى تركيا ، ثم فرع إلى سوريا ، مع الربط بطريق الحرير الذي شارف على الإنتهاء .

ودولة ليس لها سوى مطار ، ومساحة بالكاد هي المساحة المحددة لهبوط الطائرات ، لن تكون لها سلطة طيران ، لذا فإجواء المدن التي ستمر عليها ، ستفرض عليها الرسوم المناسبة ، هذا إذا إفترضنا أن الزبير لن تطالب مستقبلاً بالإقليم المنفصل ، وعندها لا ندري تحت أي سلطة سيكون النفط ؟

يقول الداعون إلى الإقليم أنهم يستندون إلى الدستور ، متجاهلين أن الدستور الذي وضعه المحتل ، هو أس خراب العراق ، وسبب الفوضى ، التي أريد لها أن تكون شامله ومتجدده في كل مرحلة ، وأن المطلوب لمصلحة العراق والعراقيين إسقاط هذا الدستور أو تعديله بما يحفظ للعراق وحدته وسيادته وإزدهاره .

1-ماذ بخصوص الحقول المشتركة بين العمارة والبصرة ؟

2-ماذا بخصوص الحقول المشتركة بين البصرة والناصرية ؟

3-ماذ بخصوص ميناء الفاو الكبير وميناء مبارك ، والحقول المشتركة بين الكويت والبصرة ، والقناة الجافة ؟

4-ما ذا بخصوص شط العرب ، والموقف من خط " التالوك" ؟
