Before the beginning of the second world war Hitler's status was rising among the German's for his claim to protect , develop and save Germany and it's economic status the same way Sisi sold the hope to the Egyptians to save them from the Muslim Brotherhood system and the fear of turning Egypt into an extreme religious country.
Just like Hitler using the Jewish population as the enemy of the state , Sisi succeeded in directing hate and fear towards the Muslim Brotherhood and even Islam in general.
Hitler took a full grip on the ruling system, gave absolute power to his military and his ruling power. Sisi gave absolute power and privileges to his military system and gave the privileges to all his system supporters to include the Judicial system and the police.
As Hitler changed the law to serve his goals so did Sisi by allowing the military judicial system over the civilians , made up laws as he goes , even appointed a mock transitional president to change the constitution and all the laws to be altered according to Sisi's needs to have absolute power over Egypt.
Hitler changed the economic system to serve the military and allowed the military to take control over the country's assets, Sisi gave himself the power to hold three financial counts without any system control or supervision.
Both men exhibited the psychological madness diseases resulted from absolute power they allowed themselves to have.
Later on during the war, Hitler allowed his military high ranks to lout and abuse not only his country but the countries he invaded. Sisi is attacking Libyia with Hifter in hopes for quick payment form the Gulf and future payment from Hifter and his military regime.
Hitler brought ruin to Germany and Sisi is drowning Egypt with debit and fake projects .
At the beginning of Hitler's time , the world did not pay attention, did not care or considered it to be non of their business as long as it did not effect them directly, same happened with Sisi as many of the world leaders did not listen to the call of the Egyptians or their aspiration for freedom and democracy.
We all know how it ended for Hitler as he had to commit suicide, and I do not think Sisi will fair better in the short run .One way or another nations rise and free itself from tyranny.
This time reminds me of 2010 in December when we wrote a letter to Hosni Mubarak to resign, and I was one of two Egyptians that visited the US State Department . I clearly told them that Egypt is boiling and something must happen, a month later the January 25th Revolution sprung out of the desperate need for a better future.
In 1944 historians and annalists were able to anticipate the end of Hitler's aggressive regime. Now it should be obvious for all to anticipate the end of Sisi's regime.
Both have failed ,both will end. Germany survived Hitler and Egypt will survive Sisi and his military system. Brutality must end, destruction will be accounted for and like Hitler's general have been hunted world wide, Sisi's general will be tried for their crimes and silence.
Hope is here and Egypt will be free.
