{الفكر القومي العربي} Egyptian Youth

This week , we have seen much ado about nothing. A soccer game for the African Cup in Egypt. The Ahly team won the competition Zamalk team.
A lot of noise, celebration and hundreds of photos , serious talks and analysis about the game and the status of both teams, the players and the admirers and followers to each team.
It seems like the people were allowed to gather and celebrate in large numbers. No masks , no social distance no protocol for preventing Coronavirus sickness and spread of the disease while we hear and see many people die at home and in the crowded hospitals but it seems like no one aside of their family members care . It even looks as if the majority Egyptians think they are untouchable and the virous did not make it to Egypt.
I see that the busy overwhelming attention to the soccer match is so hyped as if it were the first and most important national security issue !
When we call for Egyptians to rise up against tyranny and criminal acts committed by Sisi and his system , only a few Egyptians pay attention and respond.
It seems to me that the past 50 years of military ruling have succeeded in draining the brain of generations of Egyptians to care about soccer winning and not care about their neighbors who gets killed or taken away by a brutal regime. We try to raise the alarm regarding Egypt debit and the destruction of Egypt economy , the robbing of Egypt assets and wealth but it all falls on deaf ears!
Have the Egyptians gotten used to be abused ? Do they even realize the state of the nation and how bad it has gotten ? Do they notice the homeless , the sick and the needy ?
Have these Egyptians thought about the 100000 Egyptians who are jailed , tortured and sometimes killed ?
I do not think the youth who celebrated were only the top wealthy class who are financially comfortable,  It looks like it was a mix of populations from rich to poor. What does this phenomena tell us ?
Is it that there is no hope for Egypt and to leave them alone till we see the hunger revolution and Egyptians killing each other for food ? We are told it is a matter of six months to see Sisi not able to service the debit except by selling Egypt assets which sooner or later will be occupied by the Chinese or the Emirates. Should we wait till it happen ? Will the youth population pay attention then ?
Is there a way to unite this population and redirect their energy from soccer to care about their future , their country and secure a future for their children to come ?
Just puzzled and asking how to solve a problem like Egypt ?
