 Two wrong can never equal right.

Egypt has been in turmoil  since the January 25th Revolution but matters have escalated for the past four days. Dr. Morsy decided to declare himself a dictator. Dr. Morsy has done a political maneuvering which gave him the military power a couple of months ago, and since the Egyptians lost trust to SCAF , no one opposed Dr. Morsy in his illegal move.

But let us take it a step back. Dr. Morsy came to the presidency seat as a result of illegal and unconstitutional maneuvering. Because of the Egyptian Revolution and because SCAF grabbed the power to themselves , they decided to freeze the 1971 Constituion and once again because there was much wrong with the constituion as the people interpreted it to be the cause for giving the ousted president Mubarak so much power, once again instead of keeping the constituion until we write a new one, people unknowingly to the result did not mind the freezing of the constituion.

Again with no constituion, the SCAF who was neither able to rule the country nor was it to their benefit  for Egypt to have democracy, they agreed to hold election, knowing that this election is void and null. 

The unconstitutional election, the first one resulted with  only the very underground organized organization to sweep the House of the Congress. Maglas Elshab. Immediately the people saw the circus and the huge mistake they have done by allowing these representatives to speak on their behave.

Since the Muslim Brotherhood and the Salafies were not permitted to enter the political arena on a large scale prior , they lacked experience , planning and the vision to serve Egypt. They however were very clear in their ideology. The Muslim Brotherhood and the Salafies were in such a rush to turn Egypt into their ideology. Akwanat Miser.

The Muslim Brother hood pushed to have a presidential election in hopes to get the whole pie. They first put Mr. Elshater who  was disqualified, then Dr. Morsy who was also disqualified but some how still ran.

Now again the court and the attorney general were not  angels. These are the judicial people who served the ousted president Mubarak and benefited from him staying in power. Creating a chaotic environment and a legal mambo jumbo was their game.

Once again, allowing two illegal people to run against each other in an unconstitutional election resulted in an illegal unauthorized unconstitutional president.

Dr. Morsy knew he has a very short period of time to help his party and apply his ideology , so the best way was throw a constituion. The Committee that was writing the constituion all srtung out of the dissolved by court order Maglas Elshab. The House of representative or Congress.

Of course their job was to write a constituion that will serve their need, turn Egypt at the fastest speed to be an extremism country. What they did not count on was how much the Egyptians really liked their Egypt as is. The religion is for God and Country is for all. A civil law abiding , where all are treated equal in front of the law. 

Then came Dr. Morsy, he did a favor for the United States of America, when the US and Israel saw that the wind is changing and it is not going towards Israel, so Dr. Morsy brought Hamas to deal, and since Hamas knows their limited ability they took the win for the night.

Now Dr. Morsy has a card to cash with the US, he got a wink and smile from them so he decided to declare himself a dictator. Now the Egyptians did not like that and contrary to their kindness and tolerance they decided to take to the street and will  not accept less than Dr. Morsy leaving.

If this all was not sad , it would be really a hilarious comedy but unfortunately people are dying through it all and a country is being destroyed..

The question is what will happen next and how can we get out of this problem ?

Unfortunately the easy and quick answers is what got us into this stage. We must go back to what is legal and what is constitutional and what is not.

First to save lives  Dr. Morsy must be declared ousted, void and null, at the same time we have two choices as I see it.

We can reactivate the frozen constituion , work with it until we write a new one , run the country accordingly, or we can appoint a transitional Counsel of   people to run the Country until we write the Constituion, run election , have a legal constitutional democratically elected government head by a president.

In the mean time we must appoint a Pri Minister  minister  who can run the country including the Internal Cabinet before the whole Egypt turns into Somalia.

Only the people who can afford to work for free need apply at this time and we need the Conscious of Egypt.
