Subject: To vote or not to vote ? That is the question

To vote or not to vote ? That is the question running in every Egyptian who wants to do the right thing for his or her country.

I can not believe after we fought so hard to gain this voting right for Egyptians out side Egypt , I did not vote , as I did not want to take part in a crime committed against the Egyptian people as we speak.

SCAF who has done every thing possible to  abort the Egyptian revolution, has done it in a masked way, mocking the Egyptian people every step of the way, counting on Egyptian naivety and lack of experience in the political practice.

SCAF has been sending the Egyptians to hunt for the white elephant and if by a miracle they would have found it , SCAF would have told them it was the wrong size.

I have called Mubarak regime to be an occupation within , a masked occupation because he and his family and all his cronies spoke our language , looked like us and pretended even to pray like most of us , so it was hard to figure that they occupied Egypt for forty years. 

But now the mask is gone and the occupiers are the military supreme Counsel, they have done every thing possible to destroy Egypt chances to rise , they worked against the Egyptian Revolution from day one , sometimes by force and others by distractions. 

SCAF  allowed people to vote for Maglas Elshab and Maglas Elshoura even though they knew it's legality was going to be questioned 

SCAF has frozen Egypt 1971 Constitution which created a vacuum in all the legal matters, they refused to let Egyptians rule themselves via a presidential Transitional Council , and backed Mubarak regime every step of the way.

SCAF tried to create many conflicts between sectors, Muslim verse Christians, Police verse Civilians, Military verse Civilians , Muslim Brotherhood  verses Liberals and the latest Judges verse the people.

SCAF kept all  the judicial system in tacit even though they knew that the system was and still is political more than judicial, SCAF supervised the destruction of all important documents via burning building and other means to make sure that Mubarak , his family and his regime do not get a real trial .

The final and strongest blow to the revolution was allowing Mubarak's partner Ahmed Shafiq to enter the election ' after they pretended to oust him according to the law but of course once again SCAF has appointed a committee to make sure to make a mock out of Egyptians , play with their emotions , their time, efforts money and finally their blood and revolution, this committee did every thing possible to destroy any hope for Egyptians to gain real democracy so they put Ahmed Shafiq back, and oh by the way it is not up to them to neither come up with a law nor interpret  a law . They have no legal authority what so ever .

This election is illegal for more than one reason , most of all for having Ahmed Shafiq who can not be allowed to enter as a potential candidate , second because it did not follow a constitution, third and final because it is taking place under an illegal entity

. There is no where in Egypt that says it is OK for SCAF to rule Egypt ,not constructional nor legal any where ever. For these reasons under the circumstances we must not participate in this mock election, should we participate , we would be giving a legitimacy to illegitimate act

The only way out of this mess is to remove Ahmed Shafiq from the equation, and write the Constitution then run the election . Having a presidential transnational council to over see the country and and all election , is the only way that may let the Egyptian people forgive SCAF for what they have done to us and our country.

Mark my word, the United States of America and Israel with SCAF will not allow the Muslim brotherhood to run Egypt , The Muslim Brotherhood rose as a distraction and a tool to divide the Egyptians and now that their mission was accomplished they will never rule Egypt , and the Egyptians will never accept Ahmed Shafiq or any of Mubarak partners to rule Egypt either, so how long are we going to play a cat and mouse game ? Who is going to be killed or smeared next ?

I know we are asking all parties in Egypt to grow up fast , mature right after birth, but this is the only way for Egypt to survive, please unit, forget about climbing ladders for positions or glory, we are asking all of you for the love of Egypt and God , be selfless ' serve the country for the country this time, not for your ideology not for your party or for yourself. Just this time do it for Egypt.
